How long are fractional engagements?
We start with a minimum of 4 days per month over a 3 month period. We can offer more depending on the complexity of your need.
Can you co-lead with our existing team?
Yes, we make it a priority to transfer skills and to ensure information and ownership is handed over smoothly for your team to continue the good work once we leave.
Can you work with our vendors and sub-contractors?
Yes. Our role is to ensure that your goals, delivery expectations and governance are all in alignment.
